Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for every package sold on designhotshop.com.

One-off project packages

(Website Design, Web Development, Brand Identity, E-commerce, and most of SEO & Performance)

• Before kickoff: Cancel within 14 days of purchase and before your discovery/kickoff call takes place, and your deposit is fully refunded.
• After kickoff: Your deposit is non-refundable — it reserves your project slot and covers discovery work already performed. You may still cancel remaining milestones; you pay only for the work completed to date, and any amount already paid beyond that work is refunded.
• Rescheduling: A booked kickoff can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 5 business days' notice. Inside that window, the slot may be moved subject to availability.

Technical Audit & Local SEO Setup (the exception)

These two packages are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase, as long as work hasn't started. This is a shorter, simpler engagement than a full project, so the refund window is correspondingly simple.

Care Plans (monthly retainer)

Care Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be billed again — the current month is not prorated or refunded, since it covers the monitoring and access already provided that month. There's no early-termination fee and no minimum term.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What this policy does not cover

This policy covers cancellation and refunds only. It doesn't affect your right to a corrected deliverable under your package's post-launch fix window (see the Terms of Service) or a resolution under our Terms if we fail to deliver the scope you paid for.
